The rates shown in the table are per apartment per night, and considering the standard occupancy of two people. The exclusive use of the apartment by a single guest will get a reduction in the rate/day of 10.00 euros. In contrast, the use of the apartment by three/four guests, will get an encrease of the rate of 20,00 EUR. and 40,00 EUR. respectively.
The rate for final cleaning is € 40.00 and is not optional.
